SPEAKER: Prof. Jianxin Chi

Biography: Dr. Jianxin Chi is an Assistant Professor of Financeat Lee Business School at University of Nevada at Las Vegas in U.S. He obtained Ph.D. degree in finance at Texas A&M University. His current research interests include corporate finance, corporate liquidity management, firm valuation, product market competition, corporate governance, executive compensation, mergers and acquisitions, and earnings management. He has published research works on many prestigious academic journals, includingJournal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis, Journal of Banking and Finance and Financial Management.

简介：迟健心博士是美国拉斯维加斯大学Lee商学院的助理教授。他毕业于美国德州Texas A&M大学商学院并获得金融学博士学位。他的研究方向主要包括公司金融，公司流动性管理，公司定价，产品市场竞争，公司治理，高管薪酬，兼并和重组，以及盈余管理。他的文章发表多个国际着名学术期刊上，包括Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis, Journal of Banking and Finance 和 Financial Management.。
